lookbookin'

Lookbook is now my official addiction. If you want to check it out, I am on there, Izzy Rose. I am also super excited for my new laptop, even if it was from school and isn't exactly what I had in mind, it works, is new and I can lookbook and blog from it. What more is there to ask?

last days of summer

My Birdy denim shorts, chick-a-booti lace vest, ambra body cropped singlet (worn underneath) , Mum's necklace.

I would have preferred this to be at a beach but hey, you get what you're given.

Clash, just a little

Rodarte for target dress, Metallicus tights, Gianni Bini heels, Knock-off Dior glasses, vintage scarf

This outfit is a complete clash but that's almost the reason I like it. Don't laugh at my awkward poses. I'm not a model, yet. Plus, it would be so much easier if I didn't have the Gianni Bini heels on. The things I do for fashion . . .

pavement pounders

So I totally had surgery. And it was really cool. Anesthetic is nice.
I had an infection, blah blah blah. I will spare you the details.

I am very aware that holidays will soon end, and the days will stop blurring together and I will have to stop watching Gilmore Girls for hours every day. And there is no better way to spend the last of the holidays than taking the train into the big city. Shopping for no actual clothes and getting distracted by the many different languages Vogue comes in and buying them all.

General Pants Co. is even cooler than I imagined, and all the shorts are really distressed and high waist and all acid-y, just the way I like them. The best though, was probably this wedding dress shop that I conveniently forgot the name of but is in this alley, and I have decided that I'm going to get married in one of their dresses and have a child that looks like Georgia May Jagger.

alphabet soup

(Op-shopped shoes, handmade dress)

I think what makes a dress really special is when it has your name cut out of fabric letters and sewn onto it. By your Mum. That's pretty cool, right?

Well I have obviously survived Woodford and got an iPhone, or some other very distracting item, because, let's see ... Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year. I have lots of photos that I need to post, so I really do not have any excuse not to blog. I am up to level 10 on Jojo's fashion show app and have a family, husband, mansion and nine boyfriends on the Sims 3 app. How have you spent your holidays?

It was completely scorching on this day so Maria and I only managed to get three photos in which I was not scowling or in a pose that would probably have you convinced I was disabled. Or that I liked. The dress I am wearing was made by my Mum about two years ago and I wore for about, the third time. I figured out it looks really nice with the heels that I won't be allowed to wear for another three years. Humph.

I just have to get back to my riveting game of froggy jump. I'll come back to the real world eventually.
